Serenia Labs solves a core problem for vacation rental hosts: guests constantly ask "where should we eat?" and "what should we do?" Instead of manually researching and maintaining a welcome binder, hosts get an AI-generated, always-current local guide they can share via link or QR code.

The platform uses Google Places API to discover nearby points of interest, then uses OpenAI to curate, rank, and write editorial blurbs for each recommendation. Hosts can customize their guides by marking "Host Picks," adding or removing places, choosing from 32 auto-matched drone hero videos, and editing titles. Guests access guides on any device — no app download required.
