What we get asked.

Do you replace my guest-messaging tool?
No. We’re upstream of it. Tools like Besty, Prohost, and Hostbuddy reactively answer inbound questions; we proactively send the answer before the guest thinks to ask. Most of our customers run both.
How long does setup actually take for 30 listings?
Under an hour, end-to-end. About 5 minutes to upload your spreadsheet, 10 minutes for drafts to populate, then 30–45 minutes reviewing the ones in your busiest markets. You’re in control the whole way — and we’re on hand if you get stuck.
How do guests get the guide?
Whichever channel you already use. Each guide is a private link plus a QR code — drop it into your Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com message, your check-in email or SMS, or print the QR in the unit. Nothing for the guest to download.
Can guests see my brand instead of yours?
