Do I need to send my guests a new link?
No. Guide links and QR codes are unchanged, including ones already printed or sitting in a booking message. Anything you have shared keeps resolving to the same guide.
Will my price go up?
No. Existing paid subscriptions are grandfathered: you stay on the price you signed up at, and every CohostAI feature is included at that price.
Do I have to move anything across?

Questions hosts ask before signing up

Does this comply with Airbnb’s terms of service?
Yes. Airbnb’s policy explicitly permits optional apps that facilitate a guest’s stay — concierge apps are their own example. You share your cohost link through Airbnb messages, SMS, email, or a QR code, the same way you share arrival info today.
Will my guests know it’s AI — and is that a problem?
Depends on the channel. In your guide’s own chat, yes — guests see an obvious self-serve assistant, not a bot dressed up as you. On Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com threads (once you connect your booking account), replies go out through your own account, written in your voice, the same as any other host message — that’s how those channels work, and it isn’t labeled as AI to the guest. You choose how hands-on the AI is per channel, and it never auto-sends on money, safety, legal, or complaint questions — those always wait for you.
What if my property is in a rural or small town?
We scan up to 10 surrounding zip codes for the best restaurants, trails, and local gems within driving distance. Most rural hosts get 40+ quality recommendations.
Can I edit or customize what the AI says?
Yes. Add favorites, write host tips, remove anything you don’t love, and pin your top picks with a Host Pick badge. Your cohost only answers from what you’ve saved and confirmed.
Will my guests actually use it?
Built-in analytics show opens, clicks, and what guests ask. Most hosts see engagement within the first 24 hours of sharing.
