Does this comply with Airbnb’s terms of service?
Yes. Airbnb’s policy explicitly permits “optional apps that facilitate a guest’s experience during the stay” — they name Sonos, Nest, and concierge apps as examples. Serenia is exactly that: an optional arrival guide, not a payment or access requirement. Hosts share their Serenia link via Airbnb messages, SMS, email, or a QR code at the property — the same way they already share arrival info today.
Will my guests know it’s AI — and is that a problem?
Guests open a clean, branded guide and ask questions in plain language; the concierge answers from your house manual. We don’t dress a bot up as you — it’s an obvious self-serve assistant, which is exactly what guests are comfortable with. The only thing people dislike is hidden AI, so we keep it upfront.
Does it message guests on Airbnb or reply as me?
No. Serenia is a guide your guests open via a link or QR — it answers their questions on the spot so they don’t have to message you. It never impersonates you or auto-replies in your Airbnb inbox. You stay in control of the conversations that actually matter — disputes, refunds, special requests.
What if my property is in a rural or small town?
We scan up to 10 surrounding zip codes to surface the best restaurants, trails, and gems within driving distance. Most rural hosts get 40+ quality recommendations.
Can I edit or customize what the AI picks?
