Hosts share their Serenia link via Airbnb messages, SMS, email, or a QR code at the property — the same way they already share arrival info today.

What if my property is in a rural or small town?

We scan up to 10 surrounding zip codes to surface the best restaurants, trails, and gems within driving distance. Most rural hosts get 40+ quality recommendations.

Can I edit or customize what the AI picks?

Yes. Add your own favorites, write host tips, remove places you don’t love, and mark your top picks with a Host Pick badge. The guide reflects you — not just an algorithm.

Will my guests actually use it?

What happens if I cancel Pro?
