Is pricing per property?

Yes. Each property gets its own AI cohost with its own Property Brain and guest guide, and each live cohost is one license — $9/month or $79/year. Add or remove properties anytime; you only pay for the cohosts you keep live.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Signing up and building your cohost needs no card. You add one when you start the 14-day publishing trial, and you are not charged until the trial ends.

What happens to my guest guide if I cancel?

Your guide and cohost stay live through the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that the guest link pauses, but nothing is deleted — your Property Brain, guide, and settings are saved, and everything comes back if you resubscribe.

Can I use CohostAI without an Airbnb integration?

Yes — no integration is required. Your cohost lives at a link and QR code you share however you like: Airbnb messages, SMS, email, or a printed QR at the property. It works the same for Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct bookings.

Does CohostAI send messages automatically?

Not to your booking channels. Guests who open your guide can get instant answers from your cohost, and you choose the mode: answer instantly, auto-answer only what’s grounded in your Property Brain, or hold everything for your review. CohostAI never replies in your Airbnb inbox on your behalf.

What is manual approval mode?
