Monthly or annual?+
Either. Monthly is $9 with no commitment — switch off anytime. Annual is $79, which works out to about three free months. You can switch between the two from your billing page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your billing page in one click — no email needed. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
I have more than one property — what's the plan?+
Free and Pro both cover one active guide. For 2+ properties the property-manager plan is $15 per live guide per month with your first guide free — upload your listings from a spreadsheet, generate drafts in one click, and pay only for the guides you publish.
