Why we built this
We kept answering the same questions
We host, too. We run our own vacation rental in Sedona, and every stay brought the same messages: What’s the WiFi password? Where do we park? How does the thermostat work? Can we check in early? Where should we eat tonight? Often at 11pm. Always urgent to the guest.
We tried what every host tries — a binder, a PDF, a laminated card next to the router. Guests don’t read them. The questions kept coming, and every answer was something we had already written down somewhere.
The tools we found either did too little — another static guidebook — or asked for too much, sending guests automated replies we never saw. We wanted real help with the repetition without giving up the guest experience. So we started building it.
We’re building an AI cohost that helps hosts answer every guest with confidence — grounded in each property, in the host’s voice, and always under the host’s control.
